What to Expect on an ABBA themed hen do?
Start with a quick warm up to loosen up your muscles then it’s time for the real thing. You could be dancing to a variety of ABBA favourites from Mamma Mia, Take a Chance on Me and Dancing Queen! In small sections you will learn different dance moves that will be put together into one amazing dance routine that all the hens will do together.

- Start with a fun and lively warm-up
- Guided by an experienced dance instructor
- Step into your dancing queen shoes and learn iconic moves inspired by the Swedish supergroup
- Practice the choreography as you go along
- Share laughs with your friends performing the final routine to ABBA classics like Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, and Take A Chance on Me
- Private room in a central city venue
- Spectators welcome free of charge
- Duration: 90 minutes

What Do You Wear to an ABBA Themed Dance Party?
Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, gym wear & trainers. Or, go all out and dress up in glittery tops, jumpsuits, blue eye make-up, or anything ABBA themed you want! Maybe try dressing up in one of Björn and Benny onesies or Agnetha's famous headscarves. Think 1970's..
Is this Dance Class Influenced by the Mamma Mia film series?
It can be! The standard ABBA dance class uses songs from the bands’ discography. However, our instructors can adapt the session to be based on the film instead. Let us know which you would prefer, and we’ll create a routine that Donna and the Dynamos would be proud of!

We did our best to learn some moves - lots of confusion with lefts and rights and turning the wrong way, but it was a blast and I would recommend this for anyone looking for a fun activity for a hen/birthday/just because!
Excellent teacher, so patient and well taught in sections of dance, how she managed to get us all doing the same thing was an amazing thing in itself.
She was so calm and laughed along with us, a brilliant experience and would def recommend
