What is Included in the Southampton Cheerleading Dance Hen Party?

At the Cheerleading dance hen party in Southampton, you and the girls will learn an American-style dance in a suitable environment. The high-intensity class will take place at a city centre venue in the form of a hotel or bar function room and sometimes a mirrored dance studio. A dance tutor will be present to host the class from start to finish and will tailor the class for all ability levels. After warming up through some vigorous exercises, they will show you all the moves you need to know in order to perform like a true cheerleading group! Get the pom poms and short skirts at the ready, as fancy dress is always welcome.
