After a fun warm up your instructor will assess your group’s abilities and then teach moves to suit your level. What to Wear?
Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, gym wear & trainers. We’ll provide pink lady jackets, but you can complete the look with accessories, big hair and sassy heels too!
