Bring plenty of energy and determination as you take on a dance routine from across the pond with a cheerleading dance hen party in Cardiff. Hosted at a city centre function room or mirrored dance studio, we will make sure that you and the hens have plenty of room to get active and enjoy your class. Led by an experienced dance instructor, they will go over a quick warm-up to assess the group’s abilities before kicking off with the class. You’ll get to practice as you learn the fast-paced and physically demanding moves that will come together to form the final choreographed routine. At the end of the session, it’s time to show what you’ve learned by getting together to perform the routine, which will be open for spectators to watch.

What Should You Wear?

Pom poms are provided during the class. Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, gym wear & trainers. You also have the option to dress up in high school cheerleading outfits you have from the past!
